About the Event

The WALK for Lupus is Lupus Ontario’s largest provincial fundraising and awareness event. It began over 23-years ago with a single walk (previously Walk a Block) and has grown into an event involving thousands of participants throughout Ontario. Over the years, the WALK for Lupus has raised over a million dollars to fund the Lupus Ontario Geoff Carr Research Fellowship, support and education programs for lupus patients and their families and advocacy projects aimed at improving programs and services for lupus patients.

How to Participate in 3 Easy Steps:

1. Register for the WALK for Lupus - Form a new team or join a team!
2. Sign up as a team captain, team member, or individual. 
3. Start fundraising and spread the word - You can earn virtual achievement badges as you raise money!

Registration Opens at 5:30pm with WALK Stepping off at 6:00pm.

June 1, 2024 - Woodstock
Southside Park

Registration opens at 10:00am with WALK stepping off at 11:00am.

June 9, 2024 - Durham
Ajax Rotary Park
177 Lake Driveway W, Ajax
Registration opens at 10:30am, with the WALK stepping off at 11:30am.
*Paid parking for non Ajax Residents
